We ship to meet the agreed upon date. Loss of box, damage or late delivery caused by the shipper is out of our control and we assume no responsibility. We will assist in the claims process to ensure proper reimbursement, for the shipping you have generated or asked us to facilitate in your name.

All Shipments are FOB: Origin.  which is considered delivered when it is at the end of our shipping dock.
